Welkom op mijn persoonlijke pagina. Ik ben Vladimir Hilderink, een senior IT‑specialist met vijftien jaar ervaring binnen grote organisaties en de rijksoverheid. Mijn werk speelt zich af op het snijvlak van inkoop en finance aan de functionele kant, en techniek en innovatie aan de systeemkant.
Ik combineer een sterke focus op standaardisatie en lifecycle‑management met een natuurlijke drang om te vernieuwen. Innovatie betekent voor mij niet alleen werken met moderne tooling, maar vooral het creëren van de juiste randvoorwaarden: collega's meenemen, mensen triggeren, en een omgeving bouwen waarin vakmanschap en groei vanzelfsprekend worden.
Ik houd van complexe architectuurvraagstukken, waarbij het nodig is om naar de SWOT-analyse van de organisatie te kijken om deze te vertalen naar duidelijke keuzes. Daar na is de vraag hoe de organisatie klaar te maken om die keuzes te dragen. Rust, structuur en toekomstbestendigheid vormen de basis — innovatie en praktische uitvoerbaarheid maken het verschil.

Welcome to my personal page. I am Vladimir Hilderink, a senior IT specialist with fifteen years of experience within large organizations and the central government. My work takes place at the intersection of procurement and finance on the functional side, and technology and innovation on the system side.
I combine a strong focus on standardization and lifecycle management with a natural drive to innovate. For me, innovation is not only about working with modern tooling, but especially about creating the right conditions: bringing colleagues along, triggering people, and building an environment in which craftsmanship and growth become self‑evident.
I enjoy complex architecture challenges, where it is necessary to look at the organization’s SWOT analysis and translate it into clear choices. After that, the question becomes how to prepare the organization to carry those choices. Calm, structure, and future‑proofing form the foundation — innovation and practical feasibility make the difference.

I enjoy working with professionals who speak the language of the business and understand that technology only gains value when it helps people work better. People who are curious, take responsibility, and want to move forward — not because someone asks them to, but because it simply makes sense.
For me, collaboration means translating goals into concrete actions and strengthening each other where needed. Sometimes I take something over because it fits my way of thinking better or is faster. And sometimes someone else takes something over from me because it fits him or her better. This creates a collaboration in which everyone does what they are good at, and in which the whole becomes stronger than the sum of its parts.
I believe in an environment where craftsmanship grows because people dare to help each other, challenge each other, and make each other better. An environment without noise, without politics, without unnecessary complexity — but with focus, ownership, and professionalism.
